Black Soft Waffle Pad
• Black Open-cell foam ideal for Finishing.
• This soft pad consists of a foam with a characteristic waveform. During work, air flows between the tabs, causing cooling of the varnish and foam.
• It is distinguished by a low density of cells with reduced rigidity. The structure of the foam absorbs evenly the liquid polish or wax and does not cause the pad to heat up. The features of the foam make it very soft and resilient.
• Combining 924 Perfect Finish Polish with the black waffle pad you will disappear holograms on clear coats.
• Black Waffle Pad is perfect for applying the 927 Ceramic Wax for full paint protection, color depth and gloss, without the risk of scratching the varnish.
Orange Medium Pad
• Orange Closed-cell foam ideal for Light Cutting and Finishing.
• This medium hardness pad consists of a foam structure that holds the compound on the surface of the pad. However, the orange foam is characterized by lower cell stiffness. This slight softer hardness has a twofold effect on its properties.
• Combining 923 Heavy Cut Polishing compound with the orange pad will cut light scratches while applying 924 Perfect Finish Polish with the orange pad you will reappear the color depth and the high gloss of the clear coat.
Blue Hard Pad
• Blue Open-cell foam ideal for Hard and Fast Cutting and Finishing.
• This hard pad consists of a foam characterized by relatively large cell sizes, which in practice means high aggressiveness. It is used to remove deep scratches and preparation of the surface for the next stages of polishing.
• Combining the 923 Heavy Cut Polishing compound onto the blue hard pad , treat heavily damaged paints to remove deep scratches , tarnishing or oxidation in order to get high level of buffing in addition to a very nice gloss and finish.
Recommendations on use:
• Apply the compound evenly on the pad not directly on the surface.
• Polish always by applying the polisher with pad in horizontal position and not vertically or at an angle on the surface.
• Start polishing with low speed. Do not exceed 2000 rpm.
• Do not polish surfaces under direct sunlight.
• Do not exceed temperatures of 45°C on clear coat’s polished surface.
951 White Hard Pad Plus
• White Open-cell foam ideal for Fast Cutting and Polishing.
• This very hard pad consists of a foam that changes its properties when exposed to heat. Its hardness depends on temperature to a great extent. Initially the foam is very hard to the touch, but as soon as it is warmed up, it softens up to a certain level. The foam becomes so soft that it is recommended to use it for cutting and polishing.
• Combining the 923 Heavy Cut Polishing compound onto the white very hard pad you get a high level of buffing in addition to a very nice gloss and finish.
